Calendar

The following Google Calendars are available. In order to subscribe to any of these calendar, click the “+GoogleCalendar” at the bottom right of the browser after clicking on the calendar.

NeuroPoly	This is the main calendar that lists all internal meetings.
Conference	Lists all relevant conferences and workshop. If you know of any important conference event, please feel free to add it to the calendar.
Computer Resource	If you would like to use a CPU or GPU shared cluster in the lab, please indicate it here so your lab mates know what resources are available. More info here.
MRI	If you book an MRI experiment, please indicate it here.
Holiday	If you are planning to go on vacation, please check with your supervisor and after confirmation add your dates here so your lab mates know when you are not available.
Lab access	To note when you will be in the lab (private).

Warning

We do not recommend using Apple Calendar since it has numerous syncing bugs with Google Calendar. For example, you can miss notifications about event updates.

Book a room

To book a conference room at Polytechnique, you need to use http://zimbra.polymtl.ca/. Go to ‘Calendrier’, create the event, and edit the tag ‘Endroit’, search in building ‘Lassonde’ and select a preferred room (M5517 or M5519 are good). You can create repeated events. Once you’re done editing the event, click on ‘Envoyer’ (top left).

To book a room for bigger events at Polytechnique (eg organize a conference), here are the available spaces:
